Our Story

Assembled from Experience,
Shaped by Purpose

Fiscalore came together in Shah Alam after its founding team spent years noticing the same patterns: capable, thoughtful people making financial decisions with incomplete information — not because they lacked intelligence, but because structured, impartial financial education was genuinely hard to find.

The name is drawn from a blend of fiscal — the language of financial affairs — and the Italian alore, meaning value. We believe that understanding your finances is one of the most enduring forms of value you can cultivate.

We opened our doors in Shah Alam, Selangor, because we wanted to serve a community where financial complexity is real: EPF decisions, property considerations, insurance navigation, and growing investment options are all part of daily life. Our programs are built around Malaysian realities, not imported frameworks.

Today, Fiscalore offers three structured programs — each addressing a distinct layer of financial understanding — delivered in small groups by qualified practitioners who care about getting the details right.

Our Mission

To offer Malaysians access to structured, impartial financial education that builds genuine understanding — without selling products, without pressure, and without oversimplification.

Our Vision

A Malaysia where financial decisions are made with clarity rather than anxiety — where each person has a coherent picture of where they stand and where they want to go.

Our Values

Intellectual honesty, pedagogical care, Malaysian relevance, and an unwavering commitment to education over sales — these guide every program we design.

How We Operate

Standards We Hold Ourselves To

Our operating standards are not external requirements — they are self-imposed guidelines that keep us accountable to the people who trust us with their time and attention.

No Product Commissions

We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or compensation from financial product providers. Our income comes solely from program fees, which keeps our content impartial.

Qualified Facilitators

All Fiscalore facilitators hold relevant professional qualifications and maintain their knowledge through regular professional development in finance, education, and behavioural science.

Participant Privacy

Financial discussions can be personal. We operate strict confidentiality within sessions, and participant data is never shared, sold, or used for marketing purposes.

Curriculum Review Cycle

Our program content is reviewed every six months to reflect changes in Malaysian financial regulations, tax structures, EPF rules, and investment landscape developments.

Small Group Commitment

We cap all sessions at 12 participants. We will not sacrifice discussion quality for volume. New cohorts open when space is available, not as soon as a minimum number is reached.

Transparent Pricing

All program fees are published clearly. There are no hidden charges, add-on upsells during programs, or post-enrollment fees. What you see is what you pay.

Financial Education in Malaysia — Our Approach

Malaysia's financial landscape has grown considerably in complexity over the past decade. With expanding investment options, evolving tax structures, changing EPF withdrawal frameworks, and a wider range of insurance and protection products, making well-informed personal finance decisions requires a level of foundational understanding that many Malaysians have not had a structured opportunity to build.

Fiscalore addresses this gap through programs that are specifically designed around Malaysian financial contexts — not adapted from foreign curricula or built on assumptions that do not apply locally. Each program draws on Malaysian regulatory frameworks, local market examples, and the practical considerations that come with living and working in Selangor and the wider Klang Valley.

The Financial Health Check-Up provides participants with a structured way to assess their current position across key dimensions: net worth, debt-to-income ratio, savings rate, and insurance adequacy. The Behavioural Finance Insights program addresses the psychological dimensions of decision-making that often go unexplored in conventional financial education. And the Comprehensive Financial Planning Intensive brings these threads together in a multi-week program that produces a genuine personal financial plan.

Our facilitators bring direct professional experience in banking, financial advisory, and financial psychology — grounded in the Malaysian context, and committed to education rather than product distribution.
