1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Fiscalore" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to Fiscalore Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia, with premises at 8 Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor.
- "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual accessing our website or enrolling in a program.
- "Programs" refers to the structured financial education offerings delivered by Fiscalore.
- "Website" refers to the site accessible at fiscalor.live.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions together with any program enrolment confirmation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a Fiscalore program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and do not enrol in any program.
3. Service Description
Fiscalore provides structured financial education programs delivered in person and in hybrid format from our Shah Alam premises. Our current programs are:
- Financial Health Check-Up (RM 420)
- Behavioural Finance Insights (RM 830)
- Comprehensive Financial Planning Intensive (RM 3,500)
Program availability is subject to scheduling and cohort capacity. We reserve the right to modify program content, format, or delivery method with reasonable advance notice to enrolled participants.
4. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment in a Fiscalore program is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from us. Enrolment may be subject to a waiting list if the relevant cohort is at capacity. You are responsible for providing accurate information during the registration process.
5. Payment Terms
Program fees are payable in full upon enrolment unless an instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept online bank transfer (FPX), cheque, and cash payment at our premises.
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the first session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the first session will be refunded 50% of the program fee. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first session are non-refundable. In the event that Fiscalore cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
6. User Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and prepared
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
- Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during sessions
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written consent from Fiscalore
- Use program materials for personal educational purposes only
7. Intellectual Property
All program materials, workbooks, frameworks, and content delivered by Fiscalore remain the intellectual property of Fiscalore Sdn Bhd. Participants are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written permission is prohibited.
8. Educational Nature of Programs
Fiscalore's programs are educational in nature. Nothing delivered in our programs constitutes personalised financial advice, investment advice, insurance advice, or tax advice as defined under Malaysian financial services legislation. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified, licensed financial advisers for specific financial guidance.
We make no representation that program content will be suitable for every participant's individual circumstances or that any particular financial outcome will result from program participation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Fiscalore's liability for any claim arising from program participation or use of our website shall be limited to the program fee paid by the participant. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of program information.
10. Confidentiality
Fiscalore treats all information shared by participants in sessions as confidential. Facilitators will not disclose participant financial details or personal circumstances shared in sessions to third parties, except where required by law.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to upload malicious content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
12. Termination
Fiscalore reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. Participants who wish to withdraw from a program should notify us in writing.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms or from program participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or participation in programs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Enrolled participants will be notified of material changes by email.
